All of the components in a personal computer (such as network card, graphics processing unit (GPU), etc.) are connected by a PCI bus of 32 bits or 64 bits. However, most external devices have input and output ports based on the UART protocol. Therefore, a convector module is required for connection in order to translate both PCI bus into UART and UART into PCI bus. To do that, we used Verilog Coding.
